Super cute but didn't come with the right hardwareI didn’t like having to measure where the nails need to be placed. (A template would be lovely)I used it for my kids hanging medals and small trophies.Super cute, but the quality does not match the cost. The thread on the screws meant to attach the pegs were way too small. It was like throwing a hotdog down a hallway. Very frustrating! I had to use my own screws to get the pegs on. The screw situation probably would not have been as annoying if I hadn't paid over $30 for it, but whatever. It's done and my son likes it.The shelf is exactly as pictured, colors and everything. In terms of assembly, there are no instructions (but it doesn't take a genius to figure it out by looking at the pictures of the product) and I had to change a few of the screws because the holes were too big for the ones the package brings.Really cute and easy to put together. Putting it on the wall tho was a nightmare! Was impossible to get shelf to attach to the screws. Either the screws were to big or the bracket that's attached was to small. We are looking for smaller screws now so we can finally get the shelf hung up for grandson. If my husband doesn't throw it out the window first!I like the"looks" that's it! Def not worth the money and I def DON'T recommend this product. As you can see in the picture the peg that I need to screw into the shelf doesn't have a hole in it I had to drill the hole myself to be able to screw into shelf the other part of the picture is how it was shipped the corner of the shelf was chipped. The wood is cheap material so it explains why it ease chipped.Cute shelf but the dimensions are completely wrong on Amazon. The shelf I received is 19"L 7"H 4"W. Haven't decided whether I'm going to keep it yet. However, I will say that it was packaged very well and e shelf arrived with no damage. I'm investigating with amazon to see if they shipped me the wrong item or if the dimensions on the website are incorrect.Update 8/1/12:I ordered another shelf just to see if I could get one that matched the listed dimensions. Unfortunately the second shelf arrived the same size as my previous. The shelf matches the nursery decor so well I've decided to keep one. Just know before you order, the shelf is smaller than the listing information lists.I ordered this for my 10 year old son's room as a Christmas gift. I was alittle worried by some of the reviews I read, but decided to try it. I have no complaints. It is a really attractive piece, nice size (not huge, but for collectibles and a couple trophies, and to hang baseball hats from the knobs). Had my fiancé put it together, he had no problem! I am very pleased!Shelves are nice. Exactly as pictured online. I was hoping the shelf was a little longer and wider but still cute. Only problem is the paint scratches really easy. We marked it up a little during assembly. Be aware you will need a drill to make little holes for hooks.
